Sales staff led by Sreejit were very patient, understood our interest, taste and offered selection of jewellery to meet our full satisfaction. An experience starts from the time you step foot inside the store. As soon as we did, it was just positive vibes. From the parking assistant, to the reception lady, to Daniel who was extremely courteous, helpful and guided us till the very end. We also had to exchange our old gold & Daniel made sure the process was explained well & extremely transparent. Also helped us clean a few old rings & complete a minor repair, all free of cost.
