It was my first visit and my first buy at Tanishq and the place does not disappoint. At first it looked like the place did not much of a collection but then they just brought out more and more. It had almost all the pieces we looked at online and we ended up buying two rather than one. Designs are awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable and did not push too much. It been a wonderful experience. It's a hidden jem, pardon the pun. We went on a Sunday so parking was not a problem but there is not that much space for parking so would suggest you go out of peak hours. But you can find parking if required. A valet would be a better option. Overall it looks like a small place but inside it's much bigger. They seem to have focused more on diamonds which I did not check the collection. But they have informed anything online they can pre-order and custom make as well depending on you choice. There is no goldsmith at site so that's a miss. Something I forgot to add is the fact that even though there is no discount they ended up giving a small discount just because i asked. I mean that was unexpected and make the overall experience a better one for it. Thank you Tanishq.

Have been a Tanishq customer for years cause of the trust towards Tata brand. I went there to make some purchase and collect a product given for repair under warranty. They charged service fee for repairing the product which was under warranty (bangle with lock type got broken within an year) They didn't knew that I was there for new product purchase too. Before paying, I asked them why there is a charge and the response was additional gold was used, the invoice was printed after the payment and that said labour charge. The Manager sensed the mistake but i felt he was powerless or didn't care much as it was already paid. there isn't proper service once it's bought I would say, stay away, try local alternatives with better service
