Visited Tanishq Velachery branch on a Saturday afternoon The entrance to the store (car parking) is too steep and one needs to be careful We took a lift and when we went to the first floor, we were asked to go to the 2nd floor. Maybe they should have which floor contains what kind of jewellery so that customers can be aware of which floor to visit The staff on the 2nd floor - Irfana and Romana were polite, friendly, engaging us with their feedback/suggestions which we found to be helpful and good. The collections for bangles were good and unique. The necklace and other types of jewelleries (set types) are also spread across occasions. While we did not purchase in the Tanishq Velachery showroom this time, we definitely have the Tanishq Velachery branch in our preferred list for upcoming purchases. Cost wise you would find them a little expensive (between 5-7% more) when compared to other big brand jewellers. If cost is not the highest priority/constraint, Tanishq should definitely be part of your preferred list

Very good collection than other Tanishq stores and especially I should thank staff Rajeshwari for her patience and politeness. She showed all the designs as per our request without hesitating and it helped us a lot in choosing the design as per my wish. The ambience is very good and all staff are friendly and cooperative. Though I live in Adyar I choose to buy from here.

A very good customer experience, especially provided by Mohammed Kazim (Thanks for ur attention to detail), literally persuaded us to buy beyond our budget (It was a good gold piece). The Collection is good. But I personally felt the prices are bit higher (esp making charges) when compared to GRT. All in all good customer experience.

Very good collections and we'll maintained. All the staff are very good and polite and also patiently explained and helped my wife in choosing the latest designs as per satisfaction of my wife, especially our special thanks to Mrs. Anitha semban. She showed all the designs as per our request without hesitating. Nearly we spent 3 to 4 hours and the hospitality of the house keeping is also good. Ample car parking with valet service. Keep it up
