I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience with Tanishq. I must say that I'm quite disappointed with the service, not because of the staff or their behavior - they were great in attending to customers. My concern lies with the pricing, particularly the making charges, which seem excessively high compared to other market players. For instance, when I purchased a 1g 24k gold coin from Tanishq for Rs6686, I found that the current market rate would only fetch me around Rs5900. This minimal difference in gold rates is mainly due to the high making charges imposed by Tanishq. It's worth noting that other market competitors offer quality goods as well, so it's essential for Tanishq to reconsider its pricing strategy to remain competitive.

I always prefer to buy jewelleries at Tanishq only. Though comparitively rates are little high than others. But Quality,purity and finishing are superb. Now I am above 80. I feel comfortable here Within an hour i finished my purchase and exchange above Rs. 6.0 lakhs orders Alone without any of my our people assistance

Tanishq always trustworthy and collections are very good. We can select very low weight jewels with good designs. Faroz khan( sales man) is so polite and showed all jewels which I want to see.
