We recently went for a purchase to Tanishq. RSO Saravanan has already been serving us delightfully that this is our 3rd purchase with him in 3 or 4 months. This time experience with him was simply beyond words. We have been holding a 85 years old kemp earrings to be converted to something contemporary and during the purchase, we told it to him casually. He suggested that it be converted as pendant and led us to Karigar Sukhendu immediately, who understood the sentimental value and offered his craftsmanship to get it converted as two beautiful pendants. Customer centricity of Saravanan and craftsmanship par excellence of Sukhendu just did a wonder. We were waiting for this moment for over 23 years. Thank you both.
