The staffs are really friendly. Especially Ms. Arnapurna really put her best leg forward in showing all the available pieces of ornaments. And after buying they also surprised us with a birthday cake. It was an overall satisfying experience for me.

I have purchased bangle worth Rs 2.38lac,but bangle box is not available. Not providing box and when I asking they committed to inform me to collect with in 5days. But till now no input. Really very bad service I think if I have purchased for less than 2lac they rap on paper and give me One more thing one staff of tanishq making fun for these and asking you can manage with other box and cut in middle and that will act as bangle box. That Male staff sits at ground floor.

Always a best purchase experience here. I am with Tanishq since 2011 and I believe it will continue in coming days. Ornaments here are with latest designs with a traditional touch. And absolutely heavy for daily uses as well as occasional wear. Staff Annapurna is very co-operative and makes hassel free dealing while purchase. Keep up the good work.

Very bad experience I have in this store. Recently my siblings visited this store on behalf of me ( as I was not in my hometown) as I had a gold scheme. But it seems the process is not hassle free and typically the staff asked me lots of verification process though I am an old and frequent customer. I accept that there are some rules and regulations on purchase on behalf but same I had communicated earlier if they require any documents as i am not in hometown, but they assured me that they don't require nothing rather than ur id proof, but things were pathetic once they visited in the store.

Misleading information leads to confusion and no response on query. Franchise is raising hands up on the same, citing that it is not handled by them. No information on grievance cell and addressing grievances.

Had a good experience and service quality was superb. Staff Krushna is very customer centric and ensured we are informed on every step of purchase. Thank you Tanishq

Had purchased a gold chain which got broken in 1 month of use , when I had specifically told I need long lasting daily use wear .. nd now they want to send that for factory evaluation/ repair .. this is how they r dealing with things .. very bad service only concentration is on schemes nd all, not on products
