I visited the shop on 4/9/23 . I was served by Arththi . Even though I was browsing and not intending to spend much money I ended up buying a bracelet. Arththi had good skills in customer care. She was very persuasive but professional. Made me feel valued and had an excellent attitude and knowledge of the jewellery .
a week ago NEW I recently visited this jewellery store and was blown away by the selection they had to offer. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The quality of the jewellery is exceptional and I have received countless compliments on my purchase. The store itself is beautifully designed and creates a luxurious shopping experience. Today I visited Tanishq Bhilai. This is my favourite jewellery shop. Designs I have seen here always fascinating me. I am regular costmor of Tanishq Bhilai since 2003.Tanuja who attended me today in shop she is well behaved and very polite. She helped me a lot choose my favorite Design.
Tanishq's online prices for diamond jewellery is far cheaper(approx 30% cheaper) than here in the showroom. When pointed out, the staff behaviour turned rude and harsh, though they admitted the fact. Sales girl angrily said- sir, you may buy it online . Never expect such a rude attitude from a reputed brand like Tanishhq. Arguably the best jewellery showroom here in Bhilai and has a very good collection of diamond jewellery. But, wil never recommend for the reasons stated above.
Had an amazing experience here. I was impressed by the wide variety of jewellery available. The staff especially Ms. Madhuri Vatsa was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us with all our queries and provided good input and suggestions. The collection was beautiful and of good quality. The prices were reasonable too. I'll definitely be returning for another purchase.
