Came here casually with my spouse. The staff seems quite experience as they handled us politely and professionally. Manoj ji, I must say are cleverly skillfull ;). My wife was happy at the end as we were able to take something matching our desire and budget. All thanks to Manoj ji .who have not spare a minute between to offer from wide variety of Tanishq range. Overall a very good experience.he is very helpful person .

A good and big showroom in Bettiah, Bihar. The staff was really welcoming. Served us some good coffee and water bottles. We were shopping for earrings. The staff attended us very nicely and would like to specially mention Mr Soni and Ms Banerjee very profoundly . They also ensured that we get the Tanishq Guarantee and end to end process was 100% smooth. Had a chance to interact with the owner Mr Goenka and it was pleasing. I would recommend the professionalism of the staff and the collection they have. The only thing that could improve is the making charges levied on the jewellery which I think is on the higher side
