After a bad experience at the tanishq chandanagar branch in Hyderabad, we were reluctant to visit tanishq again. But Bhoomika from Tanishq malleshwaram changed our perspective and gave us a very good customer experience. She was really patient throughout and explained every detail to us. Was there with us throughout. She understood our needs and showed us everything that would match our requirements and was empathetic about our previous experience. The collection as well is awesome here. I would definitely go back to Tanishq malleshwaram.

June 2023 :(update to old review on Sep 2022) Tanishq malleshwaram has moved into a new location. This appears to be three times the size of the old one. I believe this should be the biggest showroom of tanishq in Karnataka. Huge collection, we went to select ornaments with ruby. The collection was pretty good even for a specific ask of us. Gold karatmeter has been placed near the cashier section, The Gold exchange plan was a very transparent one that i have come across till date. You can see each and every step for evaluating the old gold( for yourself to be convinced). The karigar section has a see through window, you can see how melting of your gold is being done. This is the first time experience for me. No wonder 'Tata means Trust' . Ms.Geeta was our customer executive again. Exceptional customer service once again. She is an asset to this showroom. She is patient, diligent and extremely customer focused. Very rare to find such attention and service nowadays. She explained all the available offers and went beyond her call of duty to help us get the best offers. I highly recommend you to avail her support during your visit. You will not be disappointed. Overall it was a great shopping experience once again. Me and my wife walked out feeling satisfied. Highly recommended showroom to visit, if you are the ones who don't know how to bargain. The staff here will help you walk out with satisfaction after purchase. Sep 2022: Wonderful collection and very supportive staff. Ms.Geetha Grace guided us patiently and helped in making a good choice. She understood our requirement better and guided us well. Explained all the offers being provided. We would surely visit again.
