We had a very nice experience at Tanishq. On July 20, we purchased Gold Coins from Tanishq Bannerghatta Road Showroom. We were interested to purchase 24 Carats Gold Coins of 10 and 8 grams, but they were not available, hence, we were gone through 22 Carats Coins. Ambience was awesome. Every person was very cooperative. Response was really very good. I must mention that Ms. Anitha Mary Mam has given the best services. She was very helpful throughout the time and very polite and supportive to both of us. I am extremely thankful to Anitha Mam and all the staff members. We wish to visit again and recommend to friends, relatives also. Thanks with warm regards to you all.

Very professional and can rest the quality of your jewellery here also.Have lot of options and good representatives. One negative a big one at it ,don't harrass customers to buy ur monthly investment schemes ,u can inform us once. Investment schemes we have outside also no need of going to tanishq stores The sales on tanishq increased after they showcased the Indian consumers on how the purity is live with their in house testing instruments. It's a Tata company and ratan tata deserves some business

Me and my fiance visited this outlet almost a month ago and it was a great experience. Anitha at the store was just great. She has spent more than hour patiently with us to assist us with designs, suggestions, opinions and all. We were there to finalize our engagement ring. Overall a nice spacious. Though staff needs to improve customer experience aspects.. Parking facility available in the basement. Situated at a stone's throwaway from Vega city mall, usually gets crowded in the weekends. Looks like managed by a humble set of individuals. Store upkeep looks not to the Standards you would expect a premium Jewellery store to be of. Expect average and standard levels from ambience standpoint, nothing to make you return.
