I purchased solitaire earring from Amravati Tanishq. The staff person RSO Minakshi was really good staff, she showed me variety of products..and select the good one product for me. She is very humble and enthusiastic.. Also showed me Ganpati pendents.. Variety of the pendents I have never seen these type of variety at any other place... Very good service TANISHQ AMRAVATI also booked Ganesh pendent. Keep it up .
Very bad service. Recently I have visited the showroom. I live in USA and visited the store. Ms Shraddha was helping us. She didn't explain her the gold exchange offer correctly. I asked her multiple times about the offer and she said it is 100% return on the gold exchange and you have to only pay making charges. That was not true. They melted my old gold and I bought some stuff from there. When I checked my bill there was a big difference in price. They changed the statement about the offer. They won't explain the customer the correct offer. It was all scam. When I talked to manager he didn't help me. He was so rude. I am so upset with the service. They said that they will send the email to the head office of Tanishq and will keep me in Cc in the email but this didn't happens. I didn't get any email from the store. I will never recommend Amravati Tanishq store.

Hallo all the Tanishq staff members Main thing is that l was purchase necklace yesterday night at jaistumb chouk Tanishq gold shop In between one staff members members asked me for cutoff Tea and place order to the team members near about 2,3 time But no body was response ,up to 8.30 pm we wait for the same Second thing is that My family went to the washroom That time she was surprised that so many staff members taking a Tea.
