They don't have many design options. Making charges are too costly. When they don't have the design you want, they will make you feel like you are poor and cannot afford the available items.

First of all I went there as RR Jwellers was shut so thought of giving it a try.. Impolite staff pathetic service.. From the starting they offered water dirty glasses which you wouldn't not dare to drink.. the staff was questioning me bringing even my backpack and then after so much delay one untrained, illmannered, egoistic, non intrested sales person showed up who talks in a manner thiking we are peasants.. dude you are speaking to a doctor.. would not suggest it to anyone.. even would complain to tanishq HQ.

The store is placed well, there is a decent amount of variety. The staff is friendly and courteous. Ms. Rekha Gehlot attended us and was patient, well spoken and knowledgeable about the products. Keep up the good work and increase more variety.
