My mother and I visited the Tanishq show room to buy an engagement ring. We received a cordial welcome and were led to the section for the rings. Pooja Vyas showed us a the complete collection of rings in a broad range. She was very friendly and patient until we made up our mind about which ring we were going to purchase. Experience was not good. Reason is as mentioned below 1. Not ready to show low range products (This applies to all store (CG Road, Shivranjani Store, Palladium mall store, Mia by Tanishq) 2. Dont have complain book over store 3. Service not good from last few days (This also applies to all the store CG Road, Shivranjani Store, Palladium mall store, Mia by Tanishq) They are spoiling the name of TATA which is not at all acceptable.
