I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive. The ambiance was pleasant, and the menu had a good variety of dishes. I'd recommend this place for a nice meal out.
One of the best places to stay in Bhusawal but the food quality is poor... Staff service is very slow. Kindly provide a hot water kettle in the room. Average quality of pillow.
Just visited the restaurant for dinner , but the waiters didn't take our order correctly and were extremely rude while talking to us. We ordered Veg Manchow soup instead, we hot veg manuchurian. We requested butter paneer masala, but they said we never did. Horrible experience and again very rude staff members.
As an MNC employee we are 10 members are teams staying here at this hotel for more than a month, Worst service by this hotel management and they don't care about the guests stays at hotel. This Hotel harrases the guests in the name of maintenance (Hammering,Drilling, etc.,) 24x7, Worst reception response and laundry is at the top notch, just give clothes and forget it, no hot water available all the time and water quality is pathetic. This management is don't deserve to run this hotel. Idrees

Stayed here while attending a relatives marriage. The rooms were good. Service was not quite good. They missed serving us tea and after we cancelled the order, they confirmed the cancellation and then sent tea to us. All in all 4 stars.
this is one of the best hotel for visitors who want to stay 2-3 days in bhusawal, hotel is well maintained.. service was good..it has beutiful lawn area .kids playground was properly maintained... Provide free parking area
