Tamluk Rajbari - Historical place in Tamluk - Medinipur East, India

An old ruins of erstwhile gorgeous palatial building,situated in Tamluk town of East Mindnapore district,West Bengal .The area is cordoned and locked but one can have a view of the skeleton structure from outside.

Tamluk rajbari us infront of Tamluk police station. It is broken only walls are left. Repairing is going on. It is one of the oldest rajbari. In tamluk roads are very narrow good to visit in toto. In rainy season you can't take shelter.

A must visit place for those loves historical places. Tamluk has a rich history and once you come here you would feel that. It is a real heritage building but not well maintained so entry is now restricted. If you go to Tamluk don't miss to visit this place.

Very old remains of rich and ancient history of Tamralipta which dates back to 3rd century BC.

Historical place. But not well maintained. Mostly remain closed by Archeological survey of India. Be sure before visiting. Temple behind the Rajbari remains open.

There is nothing special about Tamluk Rajbari. Almost destroyed in due course of time. But the Hari mandir is really beautiful. Neat and clean. Peaceful place.

This palace is one of the historical monuments of Tamluk. It is a UNESCO recognized historical site .
