As usual maintained by Govt agency So can't expect hygienic Poor website ,not reachable ,no customer call feedback
It was very unhappy experience with TTDC. I have booked ticket for me n my wife. My kid was 4 years old. They compelled me to take ticket of Rs. 1700 which is of no worth, no where there was age limit. As 3 bus seat were vacant they made me uncomfortable. They gave lunch at tirupathi which is not served hot and spicy too. Not worth of booking Rs. 2000 volvo per ticket package especially tirupathi trip. Couldn't worship tiruchanoor temple and it was closed between 4pm to 7pm which was not known by guide. Lunch given at 4 pm which is hectic and old aged persons will take time to reach spots which was not cared. I do not recommend this package to anyone especially senior people. They took tonsure spot where no hot water. Guest house TTDC is another worst except toilet. Completely unhappy with TTDC.
Worst arrangements. We booked 4 tickets to tirumala nearly 15 days back. But we are allocated seats on last row. 2 days before or 3 days booked seats are also allocated back seats.
Enquiry section is good... But TN government has to step up to maintain the quality of the buses
Really good especially for one day thirupathi trip... Pay 2k and relax.. they will take care of food, travel, Darshan ticket , Laddu collection, tornshave.... Not sure why people have negative review for this trip....
Everything is good in TTDC but my humble request is to be the guide mr ganesh because he tell us we cannot see Tiruchanur and we started to ask questions why we cannot see Trichanur temple and a small argument occurred but we see Tiruchanur temple quickly so my request is to speak positive
Used their service for tirumala darshan and we had a good guide Mr.Lawerene . The ttdc must focus more on the pilgrims wearing mask inside their bus . This must be forced on all staffs
Can't wish to give even 1 Star ...such a worst experience the lunch was at 6 clc and reached Chennai only by next day 1 am no proper coordination and rooms very really worst
