Nice place to satisfy your south Indian craving without any load on your pocket. It's nice to know that they use pure ghee for making dosa. The owner himself personally takes care. Try their paruppu vada.
Loved the experience at Tambram - items on the menu are not something you haven't seen before, but their preparation surely is something you can't miss! Tried the Ghee gunpowder idly and masala uttapam and both were spot on. The chutneys and sambar are superloaded and tasty! Those who are always up for healthier options must try this one and rest of the items also, as everything is prepared in ghee unless requested in butter in advance. Oh and the meal is incomplete without the filter kaapi, perfect blend of coffee and chicori you cant find anywhere else in Ahmedabad! Must-visit little place for sure, definitely be coming back again to try more ghee-licious stuff!
We had a nice and delicious dinner in Tambram restaurant at Ahmedabad. An excellent experience. Fully hygienic with very good choice of ambience .
