Just awesome.. amazing food, great wines... Incredible service.. as it was 4 years ago as well...

Food is as good as you expect in a Taj restaurant. However the rotis are surprisingly too small.. High chair is available for kids.

Great food and courteous staff. They made sure that we had a great experience on our anniversary. Special thanks to Pardeep, Deepak and Hitesh for making our experience memorable.

Great ambience and lovely service plus good food. It was a Wednesday afternoon and there were only 3 tables that was occupied. We ordered butter kulcha, jackfruit curry ( please try this) , paneer curry ( sorry I don't remember the exact name ) , bajra roti and a veg biriyani. The server some breadsticks and sauces as an appetizer and the food came swiftly. The team was very attentive. The food is very heavy and filling , the above dishes were for 2 people and we wasted a lot of it. Just sharing so you know how much to order when you are there. They are also good with recommendations so don't hesitate to ask them for suggestions. Finally! They have sweet pan which isn't freshly made but I love the idea of ending a meal with paan!

If you are staying at the Taj Bangalore then you should try out the Tamarind restaurant for lunch or dinner. The cuisine is a Awadhi cuisine with a modern twist. If you have the appetite then you can go for their package. I chose to go for the A La Carte and enjoyed some interesting food. The menu choices are unique and I would suggest you experiment a bit on the different options. For example, try the Dal Masoor instead of the typical Dal Makhani or Dal Tadka. The Bajra roti with Makan and Powdered Jaggery is just amazing! The atmosphere and ambience very quiet and serene and we enjoyed a quiet dinner which is rare in today's noise music blasting restaurants. Abhijeet who served us was fantastic and knowledgeable and was always keen to offer advise and suggestions, which we were glad we listened to! Truly a place to try out!

It was gonna be KFC at the airport until the wifey suggested the Tamarind at Taj just 5mins walk from the airport - glad to have listened to her! Best ever mind-blowing Indian meal I've ever had! You'll be served a chutney platter with what I call a "pastry-bread" (so good that I asked for just the bread to take away and they gave me a nice box!). For starters, we couldn't decide so the friendly chief waiter suggested a platter of assorted meats as an improvisation. The marination with spices was just tantalising. Then we had a lamb dish called "junglee maas" which was nice to go with naan. The finale was a laasi which was yummy and very filling - thankfully we listened to the waiter's recommendation to split the portion into two. Overall, an unforgettable experience and great service again by Anil and co. The meal put us back by just under INR8k which is no trivial amount but then again this was no trivial dining experience!

Started my sunday with an amazing lunch at @taj . The restaurant @tamarind is now also open for lunch also . Earlier only dinner options were available. But you may enjoy the glory of taj in day time too . I tried many dishes like shorba,dhahi karchi kebab and gazak. The non veg was so gooy that i loved it personally. . So don't wait and enjoy rhe experience now and dont forget to try the gajar ka halwa in desserts

Went out for dinner at Tamrind , the staff is superb with excellent hospitality especially Abhijeet , Iku and Ananya were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
