Talwar Travels is a best tour operator for Jammu & Kashmir tour. We experienced their real,good,economical & best hospitality throughout our tour of Patnitop,Pahalgam,Srinagar,Gulmarg,Sonmarg & Jammu.Tempo Travel vehicles was also in good condition & Our Driver sab was very cooperative. The worst experience ever with this travel agency. He didn't even arranged anything properly. In 1 week trip, we have changed our hotel for almost around 4 times. And the driver was also not cooperating with us. He was completely a moody guy. Don't book your trip through this agency. It will make your trip and experience worse.
Good travel agent but he has partnered with cheap hotels in Srinagar. Good to see he has got good reviews in past but I see many improvement opportunities. Our stay in Katra was fine but spoiled in Srinagar and Pahalgam because quality of hotel were poor and pathetic. Communication with hotel owners were also not proper because we were shifted to another hotel surprisingly in mid of our stay. Shifting cost was imposed to customer. Travel agent must share detailed list of hotels and contact detail of corresponding staff with customer well in advance but we got to know about our houseboat and hotel hardly an hour back in few instances. Condition of vehicle (tempo traveler) could have been better because driver noticed small breakdowns on while returning to Jammu. Driver should focus on customer's priority and preference rather taking customer to pony ride agents for bigger commission. Driver's behavior change if customer refuse to take pony rides. ( Brokerage matters a lot to driver).

We just returned from our trip to jammu (city of temples). Without talwar and daughters tour and travels our wonderful tour guide, and driver. This trip would be incomplete. Our tour guide who named rahul was really patient and understand that people from different cultures and background would extra time to absorb all information about history of jammu. We did many things from the unbelievably structured waterfalls on top of mountains, night market, old market and so many more. Apart from all that tourist majority places, he also took us at night to experience the local scene of jammu and we also checked out the locally popular bahu fort bagh e bahu etc etc . Everything was perfect and perfectly-arranged. We would recommend this tour service to anyone visiting jammu and kashmir / himachal pardesh nd the numerous temples surrounding the vicinity.
Not a professional tour agent ,very rude, wont give response after receiving advance payment....wont give u hotel vouchers even after advance payment. Bad bad planner....dont get conned! I lost my advance payment! Hope dis helps future travellers.
