I really liked the talwalkars gym, the equipment is top notch and after every person uses it someone comes to sanitize the equipment again after every use the ambience is perfect and the trainers are really professional they guide us through every single step I would suggest the talwalkars gym for sure.
this is one of the best gym facility located near nad, with reasonably good equipment and well maintained with good guidance, especially i have to mention the maintenance team, they keep the gym very clean and hygiene and they also provide lockers to keep your stuff and steam bath is also available on alternate days and trainers are very helpful but the one and only draw back that i need mention is they dont have some major gym equipment, except that everything is fine. overall its a nice place to come and gym
Edited: Pros: Good gym and neatly maintained. Cons: Only one smith machine available to do bench press, squats,shoulder press and it becomes little difficult to occupy it in busy time. Also its very small gym so if ten people are there it feels crowded.
I joined 2 weeks ago and I find this gym professional enough to build a good body, the trainers are amazing, and so are the staff.Ultimately it is important for you to remember that you're there to reach your fitness goal not to chill with people and make friends so ignore the rest of the reviews
Worst gym gossips more work less money waste i hate that surroundings waste instructors and no strictness..only money minded staff and management..,partiality also.totally i recommend dont visit that gym totally money waste they dont take any responsbility.only correctly asks for money thats it. Excellent gym with good trainers and well equipped with latest machines... Available steam bath supported by well done change rooms.... And of course with well designed spaces and interiors
