I have been coming to Talwakers Hifi since last 3 months , and have found this to be the best equipped gym in Noida. My experience with Personal Trainer Ashish has been very fulfilling , he is the person who works really hard with you to obtain your fitness goal. Not only that he keeps a check on your diet and well-being as well. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a gym must visit here once and personally talk to Ashish about their fitness Goal.

I have been training here past 1year and my experience is really great. The trainers are quite helpful are always available for your disposal in order to exercise in a correct manner or posture. I have trained by Ashish Sir as my Personal Trainer and he is quite helpful in training me in gaining muscles as well as in reducing weight. He definitely have a great knowledge for every type of body and direct for the correct exercise whichever is required as per your requirement in order to gain muscle or reduce weight followed by customised diet plan. I would recommend to definitely visit this Gym and take as much benefit from this opportunity.

I had a great experience in this gym all the trainers in gym are very friendly and motivate us to stay fit. But Rohit sir is one of the most dedicated trainer he has a very helpful nature and have great experience of fitness. He really helped me to get the type of physique I want.
