This Gym promotes Violence and unethical practices. I have been a member for over a year now, but this lady at the front desk tapped on my shoulder and performed physical and verbal violence at the Sf Road branch. The owner did not resolve the issue rather he approved the behaviour of the girl. This girl tried to threaten me saying she will continue behaving the way she did without any regrets. Multiple complaints have been raised for her, but the Owner Vikash Jain seems to have no effect of her actions and continue to keep her at the job. He clearly only cares about the wealth generated from the clients while hiring uneducated and misbehaving staff at low salary. He is running worse than a local gym in the name of franchise.
The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.@Talwalkars
Everything over here is well and good. Ambience, equipments and people who come to train are good . Instructor over here is very helpful and supportive. One should definitely try this out if you're serious about exercise
