Tall Trees Resort - Resort hotel in Manali, Soil - Kullu, India

Haven't been that lucky to stay but visit, the location makes it wow. They are into some renovation, kindly do contact them before visiting.

Dear hotel manager You have put this toll free number in your website, your customers dial this number, then directly I get a call, if I get a call again, I will take money from all the customers and talk dirty about your hotel. I will give feedback very bad, I am troubled for many days, if I do not get this solution, then again I will put this feedback on your website. I give you time till monday till monday all this should be resolved mind whatever call comes after monday i will take payment from that customer and you will be responsible for all this, no allegation should be made on me

Nice place.but needs to get cleaned a bit more,staff good,food ok types, hygiene level needs attention like very dirty sofas and curtains which were not cleaned Even an yr ago , probably.my all stars go to the construction and location of the property and good behaviour of the manager and staff . Approch to the place is utmost risky.First time visitors may even go back looking at the way to the resort.But really nice place over all. Sonu ji, please get it cleaned properly.

Friendly Staff and great people. The resort is perfect for a weekend get away. It is located outside the city which is great for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

The place is just too good. All you hear is sound of stream and river. You can walk up to the river and enjoy the nature. The chef is too good. Overall highly recommended place to stay close to Manali and yet enjoy the nature

It is a great hideaway from the city. Beautifully tucked away in the forest and near the river. I loved the surroundings and overall experience. I had booked for two days, 1 day for room and other for tent. Room was really nice and clean with a beautiful balcony and view. The food was okay too. There were no amenities in the room just a soap bar. The guy who sits at the reception wasn't very cooperative as I asked him twice to shift us to another room for the next day as wasn't very sure about staying in the tents due to the weather. He blatantly refused and didn't seem interested at all to help. Tent site was good but full of insects in the tent may be because of rainy season but it did create a problem as we couldn't well through the night. Food was better than the main resort and staff was helpful and polite. Mr. Tejinder was very helpful and understood our needs for mobility. He went out of the way to serve us better and I am really grateful to him.

The location is amazing & the staff incredibly friendly & courteous. We were driving & hence the getting to the resort was a tedious drive but we nevertheless enjoyed it. Our stay was fabulous the amenities were of good quality & the chef needs a special mention as the quality of food was superb. A pet friendly hotel with a great ambience.

My wife & I stayed there for a period of 4 days last year and we really liked the experience. Located at about 30 mins away from the New Manali the property is set off-road, a bit into the woods, serene and calm - that commuting there in the late hours may pose little difficult to some unless they have their own vehicle. On one of the evenings we ended up returning little too late from the city and it was way too dark for us to walk and cross the bridge that connects the main road to the path that takes you to the property. We were literally stranded with no one around in utter darkness but then after we called the resort they were prompt in sending their vehicle and getting us picked. Their chef too was great at his art - everything we ordered was delicious.
