Great place to spend time with friends and family. Water depth is low hardly 3 to 4 feets. Best place for kids to play in water. Water is so fresh and the water flow is there. One can take the little boat called theppa for round trip in the river for 100rs per person. They will take other side of river bed and return back. The distance covers is very less. Maintenance of the place is good. There are dress changing rooms available for women. Food snacks also available at that place.

Super place... it's fun playing in water. Kids will really enjoy it.

Approach roads are bad....like really bad. Parking is haphazard, water level was low, but can enjoy rides in "theppa". River bank not very clean but safe from broken bottles etc that you may expect.

The river side is no less than a beautiful beach with people. You can have immense fun and bathing here. The water is not deep and boating is fun. There is a temple nearby which is very ancient and sacred

It is a nice picnic spot with good parking as well.When we went it was very crowded. You can properly enjoy in the kaveri water. It is not that deep. Do give boating a try as it was fun. And there are multiple food stalls. You can visit all the temples in and around this place and then finally come here to relax. Beware of the monkeys.

Very good place to spend with family and friends. But place is not clean. Enough parking space. No entry fee. Coracle boating available cost 50 per head. Max 6 persons can go in a boat.

Awesome place to spend time with loved ones. Go as couples or with families enjoyment will be at its best in this place. There will be enormous crowd at this place so ignore the people who will be there just mind your enjoyment and time. You will get lots of refreshments points at this place either you can take your food and have there or else you can have it from those shops. There is changing room for women's but nothing for Men

Nice place for a quick time to be spent with friends. It is a peaceful hasslefree ride from Bangalore. They allow small trips in the flowing river for a shot time of 15-20 mins. Overall nice place for family and get togethers.
