I came to shop on 30 jan 2019 to purchase a diamond ring for my wife and also I have Lokmat sakhi Manch privileged card of my mother. I decided first to get gift against that card for my mother and then too purchase a diamond ring for my wife. At the basement I went with my wife with Lokmat sakhi Manch card, All the staff were too much cooperative except one lady with specs. She spoke too much arrogantly with my wife and me that we will give you the gift if and only if the card member is there, infact which was true According to protocol, but in some medical cases for the humanity purpose they should understand the situation, a another sales representative co-operate us and handover the gift but that arrogant lady was so irritating, she was continuously speaking about some useless examples and saying that few are coming with the reason of parallesis and bla...bla. it was so irritating that I said politely and explained her the situation of my mother and also said madam please be kind and let's close this discussion, if not possible I will come with my mother tomorrow but still she was continuously speaking and too much irritating. Then I took a decision with due respect of all i put "Shastang namaskar" to her in the shop, and also said I will never visit again to this shop. I also said i will give you the feedback of this, she replied do whatever you want, I am not at all bothered about your feedback. I hope your shop is having CCTV footage and mic you can watch and hear the whole drama happened at basement. Respected management of Takale Jewellers I request you to kindly train that lady for how to be polite with customers and how to understand the situation and in what way you need speak to the customers. I am thankful to you and that another sales representative who understand and cooperated with us in gift handover and good news is I gifted the diamond ring to my wife from some other reputed shop.
