Spending one night at Taj is wonderful. This is a beautiful and luxurious with hotel in Tirupati. and it truly lives up to its reputation as a five star hotel. The interior lobby is grand and beautiful. The staffs are very friendly and they are willing to accommodate us with all our needs.
The decorations are very well thought out. The outside patio, and pool area are also nice but very serene and beautiful to walk around, The rooms are fabulous. Spacious, beautiful interior, gorgeous floor mats, and all the amenities that you will need for your stay there.
There are 2 types of restaurants, one is Southern Spice with different mein style and the other common Multi Cuisine restaurant. And a Bar is also present.
The Taj group of hotels are so old hotels but they are still maintaining the cleanliness and the service. The taste of the food is also yummy...

This is the first time I am giving one star to a Taj property. Taj Tirupathi was such a big disappointment. Amateur staff, inexperienced and trying to throw attitude around like we are coming for free there. Special mention Mr Jeevan and Supriya at the dining area. They both were so keen on appeasing the alleged senior Taj employee dining behind our table that they kept serving our dishes also to that table. Not once but twice. Mr Jeevan was out rightedly rude and very unprofessional in serving us at the table.
People working at lobby dint even have decency to escort us to our room. They gave me the key and told to go. Felt like a free guest house I am visiting.
Property was not great, neither the rooms or service. Shabby location.

We visited taj Tirupathi on our way back to Cochin. Had buffet lunch. The spread was good. service was good. Live pasta counter deserves special mention and the chef present there was very friendly and the pasta prepared was yum. A good array of sweet dishes, veg and non veg choices. Definitely worth the money. The ambiance is amazing. Overall a very good experience. Of course Taj comes with a price.
