Extremely Disappointing Stay We recently went there with my family during a difficult time. We had pre-booked our room due to a hospital visit for our 11-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our stay turned out to be an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant one. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that our room had not been cleaned. It was disheartening to see the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail, especially during these sensitive circumstances. We had expected a clean and comfortable environment to rest in after long hours at the hospital, but that was far from what we encountered. To make matters worse, the staff at the hotel displayed an astonishing level of rudeness and insulted us.We approached them with our concerns about the unclean room, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, they not only failed to address our issue promptly but also insulted us in a manner that was completely uncalled. I would strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering a stay at this hotel

I recently stayed at this Hotel and had a highly disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, not cleaned at all, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, there were serious issues with the water supply, which was either insufficient or not running at all. I strongly advise don't choose this hotel for your stay.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ildiko ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance.

Very bad experience for me. Poor communication and treatment of the staffs they dont even know how to treat a customer. Poor room condition. Its not worth for 1300. Its suffocating no space towalk and eat properly. They dont even provided soap, or towel or anything. Pathetic.

It's okay for one day stay and near by all amenities available. Neatness is average.

Worst room and no cleaning toilets smells room please don't room the book

Staff are friendly and hospitable. Pocket friendly rooms, but very low hygiene, saw a snail in the bathroom, saw a rat on the staircase in between the heaps of sheets and mattresses. Floor under the bed had trash lying around. No bedbugs fortunately, but the sleep was still not good, if anyone walked by in the corridor, the noise was very audible since the doors are old and have a good gap from the floor. Woke up multiple times hearing noises outside Would suggest staying elsewhere..

Location and Room setup was good but bedsheets and pillows quality very bad. Very old and torn material they are using.
