Extremely nice hotels staff very cooperative I stayed for almost 5 days they also have in house restaurant food is very mouth watering Great family hotel Rooms are spacious and pleasant I don't know why people write bad reviews But it was a pleasure to visit this hotel Jagannath temple is also in walkable distance

I am Biswo ranjan. Iam staying before 2month ago. Very nice place. Near by our jagannath mandir. and Narendra pokhari suitable place. and resonable price of room charges.and very intersting point of restrurant also available. Room service staff very nice well behaviour.

It was a veryy veryy bad experience staying here. Its very bad hotel i don't recomend it. Worse hotel don't prefer this hotel at all...dealing with customer is not good. Very bad smell in rooms and toilets. Compared to the quality of rooms offered it is an expensive hotel...the room rent is too high and rooms are pretty small.Rooms quality is not more than 800 (single AC) and 1300 (doubleAC)..They will charge you 2500 for 2000 room.They charge high and ask for tip by emotional force. Also in case of 1-2 hour extension they will loot you. So better go for other options available in surrounding. You will get ample of lodges and hotels in surrounding. Very bad behavior of the receptionist and owner. don't know how to speak with customer. Very poor service..very rude owner.they are shameless people. they demand extra charge to for even problem in their rooms amenities and they told its daily problem.
