Place for small business meetings, mini celebrations. Dining and lift facilities available. Maximum for gathering 120+ people. Reasonable price. Good parking facility
Needs lot of improvements, dirty old bus stand, but very famous place since very old time. Almost, buses run for different placs with in a city. High Court, Fort Station, Sowcarpet, Flower Bazar, Beach Station are main attractions near by.
Best rental place to get for the functions like occasion at best rate. It's an 2bhk apartment on day basis rental kinda lodge. 2 bedroom has double cot n AC provisions
Best place to rent and amazing space and view! Good private place for family and friends too .. One remark is AC was working but it used to turn off automatically only in one particular room where I stayed ! Rest everything was beautifully managed by the securities in that private apartment
Good ambience. Except the dining place. Its pretty hot the whole afternoon exactly when the lunch is being served. Good parking facilities. The hall is facilitated with excellent air conditioning. Its a perfect destination for small functions like baby showers, birthday celebrations, baptism and tonsure ceremonies. One has to ensure that the guests will feel comfortable with the lift systems as the mini hall is located at the third floor. Claustrophobic may use the other option. Climbing through staircases
