Visited Seven Rivers. Great location. Good poolside seating. Decent beer. Service didn't match the ambience - took forever to get our food and beverages. Some beverages were missed. Overall service experience had some gals.

Have no idea of rooms.Attended an engagement function From the gate to departure they had great staff.People who guided at different points. Most important. There was this my old bed ridden high school teacher whose grand daughter was to get engaged.They had ensured that the elderly person gets to participate in the function.The whole raised bed was placed in the hall for him to see the function.A great humane work by the hotel indeed. They value human emotions to such a high extent.We were greatly moved. Food , arrangements,cleanliness are beyond words. A big salute to them.

Service and staff deserve a 5star. They are awesome. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very nicely done, however the one I had was missing a work desk. Usually they do have a work desk of some sort. The breakfast is great too with continental, Indian, salads and healthy choices with some good spread.

I have stayed in this hotel few times for my business trips. The hospitality is really amazing and I really appreciate their warmth. The staffs makes us feel home, and never once I have felt far from my house.Ningaraju - Lobby Manager is a great friendly person. Helps me and my colleagues with all our travel related activities and ensures we are at peace.

Great in-room comforts, sumptuous lunch, very tasty, healthy breakfast spread with local touches, bettered only by the staff living up to the famed hospitality standards expected from The Taj - all good Felt like two nights were too less ;-)

The staff is highly courteous. Loved their service, when we went for dinner buffet, we didn't like the non veg options much but the staff was courteous enough to serve us a new dish according to our liking after taking feedback on what we didn't like. 10/10 recommended.
