I am so glad to have found this lovely abode during our visit (me with my wife) to this city. It is located in a very prime area and 10min from the Hyd Deccan railway Terminus. The place is simply cozy and aptly comfortable. The hotel staff is cooperative and thoroughly service oriented. They also have a restaurant which serves great vegetarian food. A full 10/10 for making my visit memorable

It's beautifully constructed and maintained the rooms were very nice and big. The buildings are quite nice and carry heritage. The banquet halls were beautiful and lavish. The room service, though, is very slow. It took almost 45 minutes for them to bring me 2 cups of coffee. The food was quite good, though. Overall i think it's a very good value for money hotel

One of my favourite restaurant in Hyderabad. Spaceous and clean rooms. Decent staff, quality food, awesome service. Totally it's worth the money spent.

Worst experience of dining. We waited for more than 30 mins to just give the order. Post never received it until reminded twice. The waiters just keep roaming and never care to serve customers. Been in hyd over 25 years but never faced such issue with any renowned hotels. Pure waste of time and money

Very Nice hotel. It has a Retro feel to it & it is well maintained. Great value for money hotel. Location is just ace. Good staff. Nice veg restaurant. Now I won't stay anywhere else on my next Hyderabad trip.

Visited the Taj Mahal restaurant after many years. It is the same after many years. But the parking situation seems to have improved a lot. It is a cosy place with an old day charm in the food, the seating and the waiting staff. I ordered a South Indian thali ( if a thali is available, i rarely order anything else). The others ordered dosas. The service is super quick. The thali was great with pooris, dal, aloo, other curries, curd and raita. Add the fried butter milk chillies and papad. It came with an interesting beetroot halwa which i avoided to start off, but then i was served a bowl of mango ice cream. I rarely eat the desserts but one taste of that ice cream and i was hooked. Just ate the whole thing and no guilt. I am going to go back just for the ice cream someday.

Really wonderful hotel more than expected. Had a thrilled time with friends at the buffet hall. If I am right, one Mr.Charyulu, said to be Manager there, extended exemplary co-operation coordinating serving staff. Wish to visit again.
