Check in date 02/11/23 check out date 3/11/23 I am waiting for whole night for hot water for bathing All geyser is old type and not working.
Was served with burnt rice!!! I have been dining here for more than a decade, the taste was great but the problem now is that it's degrading day by day. They keep you waiting for at least 10 minutes before taking the order and afterwards make you wait furthermore for the order to arrive. Customers are no longer their priority here but business is. I hope this place revives its authentic feel and service.
They Lie About Not Having Rista Available When You Call Them As If It's Made Of Gold. Just Lying To Their Customers.
Food is top notch.. No doubt about.. But they need to give better experience as well.. It get bit overcrowded often..

Very Nice Kashmiri Cuisine Restaurant. We tried Rista and Kebabs and found them both to be very good. Service and Ambience is also great. Did not opt to stay so rating the rooms as 3 as a default.

Hotel is best out of best excellent service excellent location restaurant within the hotel and near to market. Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Beds are comfortable bathroom are neat and clean.overall nothing to say bed all good .keep it up.
