the hotel had many other amenities. The restaurant and lunch buffet were excellent, and the bar showed World Cup events. The staff is very kind and helpful. The small sweet treat they placed in the rooms was the best part. A white chocolate Taj imitation was one among them. Really cool!

The hotel lobby was nice. However, everything else was really below average for a 5 stars hotel; room, bedding, mattress comfort, cleanliness and breakfast. We also did find the reception helpful. I wouldn't come back here again

Very memorable and comfortable stay lobby is so huge and so beautiful ambience and the housekeeping service was was very specially Ishwar and kamal they cleaned my room so nicely and breified about the timing in hotel. Thank you taj team to ensure our stay to be comfortable.

It was a very nice experience with this hotel.. I had day lunch in this hotel while Taj Mahal visit in Agra. Location is good and nearby to Taj Mahal. They changed 1550 plus tax for each person. Which was reasonable. Food quantity and ambience was good. Really a good option to have lunch while visiting Taj Mahal.

The property itself is nice, but I felt the service was lacking. The staff was very courteous, but it was hard to have your requests filled timely. The breakfast buffet was decent. Had food at the rooftop restaurant and while it was good, I would not recommend it if you're seeking value for money or authentic, fresh food. Overall, a good option for staying in Agra.. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Best part was the little sweet treat they left in the rooms. One of them was a white chocolate Taj replica. Pretty neat!

Thank you for a memorable vacation. Very helpful and kind staff. Younger staff like Mayank, Surbala, Siddharth, Rampal, Vijay are really sweet and took good care of us. Also house keeping staff Shyam and Kamal are very prompt in service. Thank you Taj for a wonderful experience again!

Horrible service by this Taj! Allotted us 1 room 20 mins later and the 2nd room was not even allotted 1.5 hours later! The receptionist cut our call 3 times during this. This is the worst experience I have had at Taj till date. Today even when checking out, we called the reception to send someone for picking our luggage. No one came for almost 20 mins, so we had to carry it on our own
