Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa - Resort hotel in Mahudi, Grambharti - Gandhinagar, India

My visit to the Taj was a terrible experience, resulting in an unexpected and significant loss for us. The management was incredibly poor and showed no responsibility for the lost item--an iWatch, which held sentimental value as a birthday gift from my brother to my husband. During our stay on November 26-27, my husband forgot to wear his iWatch in the morning and left it on the room desk when we checked out. We immediately contacted the Taj to report our forgotten valuables, providing evidence from our linked device that clearly indicated the last location at the Taj. All data on my phone confirmed the watch was left there. Despite promises of an investigation, we never received a single follow-up call. Every time we reached out, they claimed to be conducting an inquiry. After considerable effort on our part, they eventually conveyed a mere "Sorry" without finding the watch. The culprit remains unknown. This appalling experience is unprecedented for us at a five-star hotel. Regrettably, we won't return to this place. I feel it's important to share this experience as a cautionary tale.

Went there as a part of a company outing. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the resort, the way they welcomed us, the various, outdoor and, indoor sports activities and the green open space. It's a very vibrant place with a hell lot of amenities like Turkish hamam, ayurvedic massages and so on! Definitely must a visit! And oh! I must mention the food, it's just out of the world awesome. The high tea and the snacks, served were amazing too. Highly recommended.

Really very bed service of staff. I attended a event today that was a great but Taj hotel staff was so bed & there service are also bed. On the counter no any person is served there and also no spoon and plates on the counter. The persons are vwaiting there 10 min but no any one is answered it. and also his manager and chef behavior is so rudely. I recommend not to visit again in this lowest service hotel. There food taste is also bed. I suggest all not to visit that.

Had a wonderful experience at the Taj Gandhinagar. It was my mum's birthday and they arranged the cake, decorations as per my expectations and taste. The food was authentic and completely satisfying for our taste. The staff made sure we were comfortable and gave us lovely time. Thank you Roshni, Geeta and Suma. Fab job ladies! Will definitely visit again :)

It's always a Taj experience... Awesome place... Great spa... Biggest in Gujarat... (Second biggest may be after 100 vacant places) . The staff is , as usual, to shower 'TAJness'. The resort is lavish and has lots of activities for all age groups...

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. The atmosphere is very nice,calm, and giving vibes of a Indian culture. Places around resort are almost the farms and it gives very natural vibes . The manu provided by Taj is very nice and the hotel staff is also helpful in selection of food and also gave the description about how it is made and the also have different section for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. Great work by Taj .

On the occasion of 66th birthday of my wife, we are feeling special with the hospitality and courtesy of each and everyone of Taj. We enjoyed food, spa, pool. Staff very courteous, humble and very helpful. House keeping was excellent. Thanks.

This is the worst experience of Taj I've ever had! Taj is famous for its hospitality and pampering the guests, but here everything was a miss. The food was average, they were short of crockery, they had only one high chair and over all these, they were not ready for Sunday rush!
