We went there with family and friends. It was enjoyable experience. The ambience was great. The food was good. I loved the salads. I also enjoyed their vegetable au gratin and the dessert section. The best thing was that one of the kids vomited and the server was so nice. She helped clean up the mess. We could not thank her enough.
Really great night spent at the Taj - beautiful welcome ceremony, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was immaculate, bed was unbelievably comfortable. Never had a room with a jacuzzi before - brilliant fun to relax and cool down. Would love to stay there again. The infinity pool was something else!
The infrastructure and rooms are really good. But, the staff at the check in area seemed very different from other Taj properties. Courtesy and warmth are two things we have come to recognize as part of the Taj staff across cities. We felt these were missing here. She did not clarify the elements added as part of our booking clearly. Each element had to be asked from our side for her to give us an understanding. Overall the check in experience was a bit frustrating. [Update]: After posting the review, the property manager got in touch with us and was very prompt in addressing our concerns. Special thanks to Ms.Prerna from the front desk who was extremely warm and helped us out for the rest of the stay and helped with an extremely smooth checkout experience.
Some people ask you to give review here just for some money without even giving. So be alert. May be the place is good but there is someone who is asking 5star rating. And ask for your UPI for payment and then for your whatsapp screenshot. I didn't give any screenshot. You can do on your risk. Thanks
