Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa - Resort hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Taj stay never disappoints. They know how to take care of the guests. We were helped with the early check-In. Restaurant staff on every occasion made sure to take care of us through their service and gestures. There are many restaurants in both Heritage and Horizon wings combined, so plenty of choices to eat in. Beach access was very convenient (For Heritage). Almost private, Clean beach and relatively calm to play in the water. Rooms were big, our family of 2+2 could be easily accommodated in the large bed. Horizon wing is newly built and very modern but we liked Heritage more due to its very pleasant holiday resort feeling and direct access to the beach. We are looking forward for our next Taj stay soon.

The Taj Convention in Goa exceeded all expectations, offering a heartwarming experience from arrival to departure. Impeccable cleanliness, warm staff, and top-notch facilities, including spacious rooms and luxurious pools, made my stay exceptional. The diverse and delicious culinary offerings, along with impeccable service at the convention center, showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. It's a beautiful location. However it's overpriced for the room size and the quality of the buffet spread that its restaurants offer. For a similar price tag there are other beach facing 5-star hotels in Goa, like the Grand Hyatt or the Taj Exotica that could be explored.

I recently stayed at the Taj Hotel, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. The service, hospitality, and ambiance were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend the Taj Hotel for an exceptional experience.

I would like to express that, am a taj lover when ever I visit of other state and country I prefer the taj hotel only for stay. but at this time at Goa .I have Stayed at Taj Cidade de Heritage Goa. I faced the huge problem Its a worst experience to stay. 1st No will answer the call from the room after calling many time they will response. 2nd problem the worst is that...we have reached hotel at 7:30 am in the morning and we had requested for the early checkin and I also mentioned that am ready to pay the extra charges as well.. but they denied and after 2 hours waiting I had approached to the duty manager and I spoke aggressively with the duty manager then he allotted the room. so my question is why they have not alloted the room earlier if it was available. 3rd. The food ordered through the In room dining at afternoon was fabulous but the same food we ordered at night was totally worst and there was no taste. 4th. we went for the Laranja restaurant for the dinner at 10:30, the manager mentioned that its closed and I saw that few guest were having the dinner but then to he denied when I asked him what is the closing timing the executive mentioned me its 11:00 and when I saw the timing in front of him then he changed his statement and told its 10:30. This is the worsssstttttttt.......experience. at this Hotel. comparison to other taj hotel.

We were at this property on a medical break of 4 days. It's an awesome property located at the beach. All the staff are very welcoming. Highly impressed with the front officemanager Reagan.Throughout our stay there he was constantly checking on us. He was even there to see us off. Really appreciate the hospitality and care shown by chef Balaji and chef Balachandra. Given my dietary restrictions, initially I was very skeptical about what food would be available. But both the chefs along with their team made sure all my dietary restrictions are met, and still I get something tasty to eat. Their efforts really won my over and made me a Taj enthusiast for life. Thank you!!

It's always a delight to stay at Taj, the resort is very peaceful. The private beach is easily accessible and the evenings are made lovely by live music in the sea view lounge. I was fasting for KarwaChauth and the hotel provided sargi and sweets for mithai. The personal touch Taj provides is simply remarkable.
