Bakery come Tiffin center come Tea hun come Shawarma point come food court, multiple food options at a single place. I like the Poori in breakfast option in tiffin centre, their Puffs & Burgers in bakery and tea. The price is economical and the place is always crowded. Evenings there will not be place to step in and both sides of the road will be fully crowded sipping their evening tea with snacks. I recently tried their bun maska which was ok. Their tea is the msp and they started their business with that and even now the quality of the tea is maintained. The tea will be thick in nature and is a must try.

Single tea and coffee cost 30rs which is sufficient for 2 ppl. Place is well maintained.

Whenever I visit this place what I notice is that no cleanliness, cigarette smoke smell everywhere and the staff behaves in a bad way. Irani Tea is very good. You can try.

Over crowded , parking is an issue . Tea is good but over crowded area. Bakery items are good and fresh .people who talk about hygiene too much should avoid .I did not find hand was section , people who visit here they throw the paper cups and plates on the road .
