Decent place considering Ratlam as location and location of this hotel.While booking room on counter - please croscheck difference in room catagories .AC room with window is called delux room. Room ambience is ok. Bathroom need attention from maintenance and repairs perspective.Room service is ok. There is no travel portal booking for this one.
How can it best in ratlam. Very bad service Bathroom furniture is bad Even in delux room we didn't get hot water.bathroom and main room environment is bad. Don't go for this hotel if you can bare 1200 for . Waste of money. No quality in single criteria.
