The hotel provided a decent stay with comfortable beds and almost clean rooms I would say, the reason for this is the issue you guys have with the cockroaches! When there's other Google reviews clearly pointing it out, you must do something about it and respond back to customers on how you won't let this happen again. The service was inconsistent, and some amenities felt outdated. The location was convenient, but overall, it fell short of higher expectations for a decent hotel. I find it difficult to recommend this hotel to my fellow travellers.

Its really Good hotel to stay with decent prices and enough spacious rooms. If we talk about the room service, its good. But if we see the cleanliness it was visibly good but there was more cockroaches in rooms, we cannot keep any food without any packaging. And if we talk about the complimentary food taste wise it is good but there is no menu except idly, bread and up-puma. In fruit salad, only papaya they are providing. Otherwise the restaurant service was good. Overall it's average Hotel.

NOT a 3 star at all. Worse than a boarding lodge available outside any bus stand in the city without falsely claiming to be a 3star hotel. ROOMS STINK. Not at all ventilated. For the tariffs they have of their suite rooms, INR5500 till int6800 per day, there was nothing worth in it for that much money. Dingy room that was filled with pests, COCKROACHES AND TERMITES. The bathrooms were unkept and dirty. The housekeeping staff has no idea about the roaches that crawl onto your bed overnight. There is no ventilation in any of the ground floor rooms. UTTERLY ILL MANNERED staff and hotel management. Despite having a room prebooked, they refused to give the room and left us stranded, all for having raised the question for them to be polite and reasonable with the way they address and question their guests. The owner of the so called hotel lives in a world of his ownself. The faults in his hotel and the baseline courtesy and manners of his staff were not to be mentioned to him. I was left out of the hotel without a room despite having an exam the next day. I URGE THE FSSAI @fssaiindia to ensure that this place is inspected for hygeine standards, sky rocketing tarrifs and issuance of payment invoices without GST, and not to mention that you are supposed to pay the entire days tariff prior to the check in before experiencing any hospitality from their side. EXTREMELY OBNOXIOUS AND UNPLEASANT OWNER OF THE HOTEL. I hope they try and get better before someone truly calls them out for duping people in the name of a 3 star hotel.

Worst Experience. Bedsheet have bloodstains, bathroom is held together by duct tapes, walls have seepage issue and staff is unwilling to change or assist in any manner.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable,This hotel is in the centre of city. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am. We got to hotel super early check-in and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. Breakfast was delicious and good selection The sevice was exceptional as well.

Rooms are clean and neat - found cockroaches here and there - suggest not to leave any food items in the open for long. Limited options complimentary Buffet tiffins is good.

Excellent front office managed by Jyothi Karunakaran and Sai. The housekeeping supervisor Mr Naresh is very receptive to any need of guests. In the resturant look for Mr Rohit who will help you manage your hunger. Besides this names all the staff are committed to provide the best service.

The rooms are large and spacious. The pillows and bed are uncomfortable. Linens and bathroom are clean. Breakfast is quite simple and isn't appetizing.
