I got an offer from TA Digital and the joining date is 1-Dec, 2022. Today (29-Nov, 2022), I received a call from the Senior HR head saying there is no budget to onboard you now and need to wait for January 1st week of 2023. Don't waste your time joining TA Digital.
TA Digital's new office has some cool interactive spaces and supports hybrid working. The work culture is buoyant and engaging. We can get to witness immense diversity and inclusivity.
Good working environment with friendly and approachable management. Flexible working hours and work from home option too. Hard work definitely pays off. HR department plans for events at regular intervals to keep the employees active and engaged. Recreation room needs more sporting goods. As of now, it's good but always occupied. A gym at the workplace would be a great addition.
Excellent place to work, strongly recommend as one of the best company to work in the middle scale segment. I have been working for TA for about 10 years, I never had any major issues or politics.managememt is very flexible and open to ideas.
It's just a waste of time. Fake hiring process they actually don't want to hire , after completing 2 rounds of interviews they will keep you waiting for more than a week if u ask for feedback they Will conduct 3 round where they Will ask all irrelevant questions and Keep your waiting for 2 week then will reject you by saying that our current opportunity did not match with your candidature at this point in time. It's all fake they don't need experience candidate it was all time pass . Don't waste your time by trusting there interview process. Worst experience ever , these fake people wasted lots of my time.
good place to work. wok from home available(monthly thrice). HR people are good.respond very fast. interview can be finished in a week 2 months notice period its a service based company parking and wash rooms are available
