True to their belief "fitness is a lifestyle", subhash sir inculcated this in our lifestyle. We started training with him 1.5 years back and today our entire family from in-laws to kids love to exercise under his guidance. Our mornings start with T-90 and the day feels incomplete if we miss our exercise session. Despite of our motto of "living to eat", we have got fit from fat because of his dynamic workout schedule. From not knowing to do deadlifts to lifting 35kgs, kick boxing, his amazing cardio training, HIIT to peaceful yoga sessions, he has it all in his fitness regime.
