The Hospitality was quite commendable and the staff was too supportive and coordinating . Best hospitality I have ever come across. Staff here are really polite and attentive. Starting from the reception,manager, room service, rooftop service and also the dine in everything was amazing. Breakfast buffet had so many options and the taste was also good . Also food we ordered on rooftop or into the room was delicious especially the starters. Moreover once when we ordered out the menu chef has also prepared it. I definitely recommend this place for an awesome experience and the royal treatment.
Beautiful hotel with very courteous and well trained reception staff who know good customer service. Check in & out was fast and seamless. Room was very large and extremely clean with good amenities. The only thing I would've liked was a small fridge my my room but I was only there overnight so not too much of an issue. I ate at the 24/7 cafe for dinner and staff could've been far more attentive than they were for a restaurant in a 3 star hotel charging extremely high prices.
The hotel was pretty good. The rooms are neat and clean. The washroom is well maintained. Food in the restaurant was tasty. The staff is hospitable and welcoming too. Over all I'm satisfied with the price I paid for the stay at the hotel :)
This hotel is very clean, Hygienic and the staffs are very co operative. The breakfast is fantastic and tasty. Dinner also is very good. We 8 persons from South India have stayed at this hotel very comfortably and felt like staying in a star hotel. The reservation team has done the amazing job for us to book the rooms and hospitality. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The area is not at all pretty, mostly garage and repair shops all around. You'll not be able to book cabs. Located in between of nowhere. Second, the food is also not quite good. Coffee tasted like water. Asked for egg poch in the breakfast, they gave me some nonsense egg omlette. Super bad. Rooms are full of moulds. Walls are falling off, washroom is so dirty. Lacks in room service. Provides no wifi. The picture are very deceptive. It shows the hotel is fine and rooms are well maintained but no believe me. It is not at all as shown in the pictures.
It was in a fantastic location. Free Wi-Fi was available in all areas of the hotel, and the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated with a king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom. Both the cold and hot dishes served at breakfast and lunch were delicious. Highly professional and friendly staff. We will be returning there in the near future.
