I recently dined at TS Royal Grand Hotel ,Chandapura ,Bangalore, and it was truly a disappointing experience. The food was not just bad; it was the worst I've ever had. To make matters worse, they managed to serve the wrong order, which was the icing on the cake of their incompetence.
Upon receiving the incorrect order, I politely informed the staff, expecting a swift resolution. Instead, they offered a series of lame excuses, trying to shift the blame elsewhere. It was clear that they lacked accountability and customer service skills.
The quality of the food was so bad; it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was unappetizing. It was a culinary disaster from start to finish.
I wouldn't recommend dining at this hotel to anyone, not only for the terrible food but also for the poor customer service and their inability to rectify mistakes. This was an experience I'd rather forget.

1)Room was so dirty and uncleaned
2) bathroom was too too bad and somebody clothes was already lying on the floor
3) they won't even clean the rooms before they hand over to next guests.
4) manager was so toxic and they didn't even give breakfast which was mentioned as free....
5) no towels and dental kita
6) no water bottles given for drinking.
7) landline also was not working so unable to even call the reception to get the water
Most worst hotel ever had in my life ac are not working in mid night. They think customer is mad. If you complain they will tell you to change the room in mid night with no help.
I am patient and requested for boiled dal they gave dal full of green chilies and other things.
Please do not book this hotel. Manager is the most third grade man.
These people steal the personal belongings of the guests and this is the worst hotel which I ever visited in Bangalore, when I went out for 2hours the house keeping staff entered into my room without my permission and awareness for cleaning and stolen my brother's phone from the baggage. Even the CCTV footage also completely worst quality and my room doesn't even have a proper view where we cannot sure who is entering and leaving the room.
Manager Manoj tried to help me but he is also aware of who has stolen the phone but trying to pretend he doesn't know and trying to convince me that for 3 star hotel they can enter. I stayed in the 5 star hotel but no one entered my room without my permission and did not touched the baggage even though I left all my purse money and phone and other small jewelry. I Spoke with MD he is a waste of time for me and doesn't even respond properly and in return he is saying me that I lost my mobile somewhere else.
I humbly request everyone never visit this kind of hotel and I also filed a complaint in Police Station on the Hotel. Manager Manoj charged me extra money because I filed a complaint against hotel and staff and I did the late check-out because I'm dealing with police.
I repeat again do not ever visit this hotel again even the location is so far and don't have any facilities to visit anywhere.
I enquired about the hotel with Neighbours and found this hotel is popular for stealing personal belongings even for guests and for banquet parties and small functions.
The one thing I observed is that the cleaning staff always is in drunken state of mind. I hope my review helps someone.
Nice hotel, I just visited two days back in ts royal grand hotel. Its really one of the well memorable stay, nice staff response well cleaned hygiene rooms.
