It's very good to join this gym. I'm practicing and gyming here for 1 year and it has been great time with my mates. The gym provides you all the needful and you can go further with trainer they will help you a lot, but yes you should be able to follow your diet routine also otherwise there will be no fault by trainer by gym side. Because sometimes people do not follow the good diet and do not perform regular gym and say that their muscles are not growing so this is not good. You should be punctual, regular and practice as more as possible.

Ek no. Gym h guys superb trainer clean and hygiene ambience.. All machine and equipment are in good conditions... And most imp as compared to other near by gyms ... It is more pocket friendly and providing same thing as other gyms.... I loved this place...

Nice gym ...seperate floors for aerobics and gyming. It also has seperate steam bath chambers for both males and females. It only lacs good trainers.

A very enthusiastic environment in the gym. The coaches here are very dedicated to make you sweat . The gentry here is so cool and very helpful. So if you are willing to make your workout worth it than The Max Fitness is the place you should go for.
