Been here for almost 3-4 months, being a COPD patient, Sir has always taken care of that and the improvement I have seen in my strength and stamina and will power is on another level. Personal attention, professionalism, knowledge and quality that's what makes the class special.
I've trained in this classes before... And I'm writing this review from general public's prospective not from some ex student.. Coach is friendly, experienced, dedicated and at times is very patient..... Trainer really steps down to your level and teaches you .. Surprisingly class members are down to earth (including students) .... personally I'd say best place in Kalyan to learn self defense and to tone your body Fee was the best part for me .... it was way less then what i anticipated Trainer/Coatch is in his mid 20s was really cherry on icy topping for me... so the traditional generation gap was almost non existing If you have some spare time in ur pockets seriously visit the classes... trainer won't even take any money from you for few days untill you settle in there
