If u have planned to visit this Place, u don't even have to spend money for food, They also provide us good food and Beverages. It was my second visit to this place. They still carry the same good quality product, good collections and also the service. It was excellent we reached the shop only by 10pm very very late, but they were so helpful. The owner was waiting for us to select the silk saree and give the best discount that night around 11.00pm. The greatest part is they offered us all a homely tiffin at that time. We melted their hosting fashion, they mentioned it's their way of treating customers to give the best possible experience.. but we felt a delight.. wow..

Good place to buy silk sarees for marriage and other functions. Collection will huge but store is crowded. If you want buy sarees means you need to reach shop before 9 clk. Otherwise you won't get place sit and relax for check sarees. One of the best thing in seen here is they are providing food for customer. I don't know they are providing for all or only for legislative saree buyers. Coming to the main point I Really impressed with their customer service. You are not able to identify they are customer or staff. That much close they are interacting with customers. Price is wise good only. Also they are giving some % discount. Better we can try this place for buy silk sarees.

His sons have been involved in the business in line with modern technologies without changing the same tradition. There are a lot of collections and designs available. They also bring stocks from the godown and display them when customers ask. Employees of the store behave with friendliness without hypocrisy. They behave nicely without showing boredom anywhere. I especially extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Kanakaraj. We visited this shop with our family on 10.12.2021. Mr. Kanagaraj treated us with love, patience and dignity. The other employees of the store also provide excellent customer service. In the early days of the Mr. Chengalvarayan family, when silk was woven and sold, it was customary to serve food to those who came home. It is surprising that his sons continued that habit even after it was expanded into a large store. Yes, they serve complement food & beverages to their customers . The shop owner is a customer centric person & nice gentleman . If you meet him before paying, you are guaranteed a discount of at least 10%. There is also ample parking area available. The store's restaurant and toilets are kept clean and hygienic. Usually no one comes alone for silk sarees purchase - come with family only. Those who come with a family for their events are guaranteed a satisfying experience. Each silk fabric has original silk stamps for quality testing. A Shop to buy quality silks at reasonable prices. I strongly recommend to all.
