We use Bosch machines for salt packaging Reliability of machine is good (rating - 4.5/5). Spares delivery time and service is very poor (rating - 2/5)

First it was a bosch.The company is good 5 star's for company, Ovsly the MNc but the managers are not good.treating employees like a animals. Timing is 9-6 but the managers tels employees to wait for extra hours mostly 2-3 hrs.. Total 11 hrs of work. There was a manager in one of the dept he was telling if ur not well or u having fever then u have to come to work by taking tablet and u have to work. . While going home any thing can happen to u. he is not responsible for that.......

I used to work here before..No proper guidence to new employees..new employees are directly pushed to work and are blamed if the work is not done.... They just treat their workers like animals once you are in..specially workers under contract basis and apprentice..During Interview job is described as something else.and when u r in the job is totally different...management is flop..... They just harass you...and force you to stay for overtime ..without paying the overtime charges...no proper medical care...not even a single medical box inside the production plant.. they just force u to continue the work..even if something happens to u. No batches are given to employees. U have to roam the entire company to find a particular person...communication is bad... Even the machines of the same type are not placed systematically..

Good place to work and nice working environment with friendly colleagues.

It so beautiful n peaceful in that temple so many people visit to see tht temple
