Synergy Plus Hospital - General hospital in Agra - Agra, India

Hospitals should be very hygiene. But as you can see in my attached photos synergy plus hospital is not that much clean. Waiting lounge is very dirty, not maintained, management is not that good. Registration Counter staff is used to busy in their mobile phones. Changes are very important in this hospital. Reply to the owner- Sir, i deleted the wrong picture from my attachment. And don't mention me what's good or bad. I wrote a real review people can check latest pictures. I posted what i felt there. You should work on cleanliness of your hospital.

Radio-Diagnosis Dr. Nikhil Sharma is not punctuate on his time. His reporting time is 11:00 Am and I was on 12 :00 pm there but I had to wait for 2 hours 20 minutes, he was not on his job place. He came at hospital at 02:20 pm and his departure time is 03:00 pm. Such a poor punctuality of any Dr.

#Worst Staff# Avoid this Hospital # If the doctor's staff is not competent, it can adversely affect the doctor's abilities to provide quality care to patients. Unfortunately, we experienced firsthand the negative consequences of this. My nephew traveled by air from Pune to Agra for an operation to treat his fistula, believing that Agra had excellent medical facilities and a competent doctor. However, upon arrival at Synergy Hospital, which is part of the network hospitals recommended by the insurance provider and offers cashless services, we encountered a disappointing situation. The majority of the hospital staff seemed inexperienced and lacked proper education. They appeared to be in a hurry to leave, showing little concern for addressing our inquiries. Despite providing the medical policy card and other necessary documents, they demanded to see the insurance policy and were unyielding in this regard. This behavior was surprising and frustrating, especially since we had already connected with the TPA (Third Party Administrator) to facilitate the process. Their insistence on needing the policy document to proceed even after other valid documents were provided left us shocked. They even went so far as to suggest that we should admit my nephew to another hospital. It became evident that Synergy Plus Hospital falls short in terms of having a well-trained staff to complement the skills of the capable doctor. While the doctor himself may be skilled and competent, his alignment with the staff's approach is also concerning. I want to clarify that my criticism is not directed at the doctor's technical abilities; I believe he is a competent healthcare professional. However, the performance and attitude of the hospital staff have severely impacted the overall experience and trust in the hospital's capabilities. It is essential to have a harmonious balance between the doctor's expertise and the competence and behavior of the supporting staff for a hospital to truly excel in providing quality care to patients. Having no other option, we had to leave the previous hospital as my nephew's fistula infection was rapidly worsening. It was a distressing situation, and we were left in a state of chaos. Fortunately, we eventually found another hospital where all the necessary formalities for cashless payment from the insurance provider were quickly confirmed within an hour. Treatment commenced promptly, providing us with a sense of relief. As the treatment is still ongoing, I prefer not to disclose the name of the hospital or the doctor involved at this time.

was operated for gall bladder stones. Dr Mayank is a very good surgeon. He listens to all problems and answered my questions. I am so happy after surgery

Nursing Staff is good and cooperative, specially Mr Sanjay Chaudhary, also, special thanks to Mr Manish Kumar , he is a very nice guy, thank you !

Dr. Mayank jain is best surgeon in agra i was suffering from abdomen pain last one year due to multiple calculi in GB than we contacted to Mr. Sunny yadav over phone he helped me a lot and Doctor Mayank sir operated my gallbladder surgery successfully and next Day they discharged me ,Now I'm feeling good thanks to Dr. Mayank sir and his Team.
