This hospital is just there to mint money and collect commissions from patients by prescribing such medicines from which the doctor earns commission.Dr. Subodh Jain is very unprofessional. The attitude of doctor is very rude and doesn't give enough thought about well being of patients. If you ask your queries to the doctor he says you to get lost. He even might keep extending your treatment just to earn more fees. I had a very poor experience and would suggest everyone to never visit this hospital, instead look for other good hospitals in Indore and other places. There is no proper management and seems like hospital is about to go bankrupt.

Dr Subodh Jain is a good doctor but every thing rests on him, he has total control over the hospital.No junior Drs to talk to. He doesn't talk much, is rude and don't like to explain things when asked. He needs to develop humility, very important, nobody is doing any favour to anyone, one needs to always remember that...... Treatment is ok but they have tendency to delay your discharge even after recovery. Would like to keep you as long as possible at the hospital to earn more. They normally take admission evening hours and discharge after 7 Pm so that you have to pay for one more day even if you don't stay overnight. Toilet condition in general ward so bad that it would make you vomit if you enter there and no exhaust in toilet! Private rooms are expensive with facilities provided not working, freeze etc not working. Staff quality is poor, inexperienced, one has to be very vigilant so that proper medication is provided on time. Cleanliness is poor, cow webs everywhere, no changing bed sheets pillow cover etc. Dr daily visit fee when he goes for round is 3000 Rs per day during hospitalization! Anyway if you don't find any other place then this is still ok place. Review written in good faith, to improve condition of hospital, behaviour and facilities. Thank you.

Worst hospital in the Indore City. Main Dr. Subodh jain is very unprofessional, he is so much money minded that doesn't even care about the health of patients. Very few patients use to get discharge from his hospital, mostly use to die since mostly the Dr. Jain is at the reception counter checking the daily total collection. Secondly, the staff and duty doctors have no knowledge are also very rude in language and facilities provided are of no worth but charges are so much costly as if they think they are providing facilities of 5 star hotel. Even the discharge process is also very very pathetic, if you will ask for discharge then it will take almost 6-7 days since then to get discharged only to get the amount of those extra days. I strictly think this hospital should be closed asap, and it's my humble request to each individual of Indore City that if you really love your family members plz plz plz don't ever go or think of going to this hospital. ***********And most importantly all the positive reviews are from people with surname jain so it's clear that those are fake**********

Synergy is a good hospital... The staff is working tirelessly. They are doing all they can in the covid crisis... They are working round the clock, have more patients than they can work with but still managing everything. Dr subodh is a great doctor and he is putting all his efforts in. He himself goes on rounds for covid and even take rounds late night also. Checks every patient personally. The hospital is also comparatively economical as opposed to other hospitals.

It is the worst hospital of Indore City. It doesn't deserve even a single star. Here the Dr. Subhodh Jain is very rude, unprofessional, money minded and mannerless. Doesn't know how to even talk with the patient's family members. He only knows and wants to make money by hook or crook. He knows only one Language that is money. His staff is also like that pathetic. Discharging patient is also very difficult job here, as doctor doesn't want to discharge patients for making money from them. My personal experience was soo bad. I request you all reading this not to go to this worst hospital ever.

Money making hospital nothing more than that . I saw lots of people wrote positive feedback surprised . If you are not expert of particular area you are calling an external doctor and charging more than a expert and even more the external doctor charge is 1500/- and in the bill you are adding 2500/- rs . Bhagwan sab dekh raha hai sir sara baimani ka paisa yahi niklega . Uski laathi me aawaz nahi hai .
