An amazing gym, with some great equipment. Always kept clean and sanitized. They not only help you build your body but also have built a community, especially a big shout out to Mrs. Shilpa Akka, shes always talking and interacting with the people and always has a friendly approach to everyone making them feel welcomed and comfortable and is ready to help with a smile. The other trainers are also very helpful. This is something not every gym is capable of acheiving. Update: Not as good anymore. Have decent equipment but they DO NOT LET YOU BANG WEIGHTS. I mean im supposed to Slowly release a 140kg deadlift WITHOUT making any noise at all. Forget about progress and be ready to hear someone tell you not to drop anything loudly even if its your PR and im not even talking from a perspective where people drop weights to show off.

I been regular at synergy for more than a decade and it's my only happy place and stress reliever. Shyam and his team are through my professional and very detailed in their health exercises and guidance . I rate this as a 5 plus gym for sure and will Always be my happy place for sure . New in Mysore and been looking for a gym to use for a few months, i have visited a few gyms to trial, some want 500 to 600 rupees to trial the gym. I came here with a few friends, we all had a trial session and loved the gym, it is very clean(as clean as my gym in the UK), staff are helpful and friendly, the equipment is good, the room is cool enough to be able to push yourself, some gyms I have used in Mysore get too hot too quick so you wear out fast. Overall the gym is very good to get any lifts you need in it has enough weight to push yourself, and helpful friendly staff if you need spotting. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone coming from abroad.
